Growing Gracefully
Noted botanical artist Dyana Hesson brings to life a single day of her experiences at The Huntington Library and Gardens in San Marino California. Impressed with the diversity of what this garden had to offer in just one day, Hesson paints a body of work that not only captures fleeting beauty , but also the significance of what each day can hold. Each bud, blossom and agave is rendered perfectly, demonstrating her gift for the art of light and shadows.
 
Opening Up
A special preview event “One Night, One Child” will be held January 7th, 2009 from 6-8:30pm. This charity night will include delicious hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, music by celebrated harpist VeeRonna Ragone and a talk by Hesson on the conception and significance of this unique show. “Waiting” an original oil painting, will be offered for auction and all proceeds will benefit Shoahannah’s Hope, dedicated to helping prospective adoptive parents overcome the financial barriers associated with adoption.  Come make a difference in the life of a child. Call Bonner David Galleries to reserve a ticket to this special night; 480.941.8500.
